Six stages, from first brief to final handover
Every project moves through the same sequence. What changes is the depth, not the order.
What happens, and when
Brief and scoping
You send a brief, we ask what we need, and you receive a written scope with a fixed price and a timeline. Nothing is billed before you approve it.
Research and positioning
We review your category, audience and existing materials, then agree the positioning and tone the rest of the work will be built on.
Direction and concepts
One recommended creative direction with the reasoning, plus the alternatives considered — so decisions are made on argument, not preference.
Production
Copy, layout and assets are produced in batches. You see progress at agreed checkpoints rather than one large reveal at the end.
Review and revision
Feedback is collected in one consolidated written round. Two revision rounds are included; further rounds are confirmed and priced first.
Handover and next steps
Editable source files, exports, written guidance and a short list of what to do next. Ownership transfers on final payment.

Timelines are a joint responsibility
We set the schedule, but two things on your side decide whether it holds: one person who can approve work, and feedback that arrives in one consolidated round rather than a running conversation.
Both are agreed before production starts. When something slips, and occasionally it does, you hear about it the same day rather than at the deadline.
Four questions we answer before starting
How long will it take?
Two to four weeks for a defined piece; six to twelve weeks for a programme covering positioning, content and campaigning.
What do you need from us?
A short brief, any existing material, and one named decision-maker. We can work from a partial brief if that is what you have.
How is it priced?
Defined pieces have published fixed entry prices. Wider work is quoted from your brief with a written breakdown.
What if it changes?
Scope changes are confirmed in writing with the cost before the extra work is done. Nothing is added silently.
Ready to start stage one?
Stage one is a brief and a conversation. Send the brief and we will come back with a scope, a price and a timeline.
