This page explains the cookies used on counterpointcreative.support, what each type does, and how to change your choice. It sits alongside our Privacy Policy.
What a cookie is
A cookie is a small text file that a website asks your browser to store. It lets the site remember something between pages or between visits — for example whether you have already dismissed the cookie banner. Cookies are not programs and cannot access other files on your device.
Cookies we use
- Essential cookies. These are required for the website to work. They keep a session stable, protect form submissions against misuse, and remember the cookie choice you have made. The site cannot function correctly without them, so they are always set.
- Analytics cookies. These are optional. When accepted, they tell us which pages are visited and how people move around the site, in aggregate. We use that to work out which pages are useful and which need rewriting. They are not used to build a profile of you and are not shared for advertising.
- Preference cookies. Optional. These remember small choices you have made on the site so you do not have to repeat them on your next visit.
What we do not use
We do not run advertising cookies on this site, we do not sell cookie data, and we do not use cookies to track you across other websites.
Managing your choice
When you first arrive, the cookie banner lets you accept all cookies, allow essential cookies only, set your preferences individually, or decline the optional categories. Your choice is remembered. You can change it at any time by reopening the cookie settings from the footer of any page.
You can also control cookies through your browser. Most browsers let you see which cookies are stored, delete them individually or block them for specific sites entirely. Blocking all cookies will not prevent you from reading the site, but it may stop the contact form from working correctly.
Third-party cookies
Where the site embeds content from another provider — for example a font service or a form service — that provider may set its own cookies. Those are controlled by the provider, not by us, and are described in their own cookie policies. We keep the number of such providers to a minimum and review them when the site changes.
Changes to this page
If we add, remove or change a cookie we will update this page and the date at the top. If the change is significant we will show the cookie banner again so you can make a fresh choice.
